The AECO industry produces extraordinarily detailed 3D models during design and construction, and then throws most of that value away once the building is built.
Today's BIM coordination tools were architected for a desktop era. They rely on lossy file conversions, weekly upload cycles, and engineering-grade hardware that locks the field, owners, and operators out of the model. Design changes take days to surface. The federated model dies at construction handover. And the "digital twin" every owner now asks for remains a buzzword no incumbent platform actually delivers end to end.

A platform that federates BIM models in OpenUSD - the open, industry-agnostic 3D standard developed by Pixar Studios - and renders them through a cloud-native platform built on NVIDIA Omniverse. Changes made in design tools are reflected in the federated model in real time. The industry standard weekly model upload cycle disappears.
The same live model carries forward through construction, into operations. By connecting sensors, IoT devices, and building systems to the federated model, the static design model becomes a functional digital twin - the high-value deliverable owners and facility managers have been asking for, and the one no incumbent platform delivers without expensive custom integration.
BIM models are the standard today. Digital twins are the future. Anchor3D Digital is the bridge between them.
What's Proven
Our platform is no longer a concept. It is an MVP in active production.
It runs today as the federation and coordination layer across a variety of our parent firm's VDC services engagements - real federated models, on real active projects, across data center, healthcare, and commercial work. Every engagement is a production-grade validation of the platform.
In early 2026, our platform was used to model and render a data center digital twin for a Fortune 500 infrastructure client - work that was featured in that client's NVIDIA GTC 2026 recap. It was the first revenue directly attributable to Anchor3D Digital, and the first public-facing evidence that the platform produces work the key players in the NVIDIA ecosystem treat as reference-grade.
We are also an active member of the NVIDIA Inception program.

Key Product Features
Existing Workflow Integration
Import, convert, and maintain live links to models from the tools your team already uses - Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and more. No workflow disruption. Updates push to the federated model automatically.
Real-Time Collaboration
Design, construction, and operations teams work in one cloud environment. Live model links and real-time updates collapse the weekly coordination cycle into a continuous one and bring the field, not just the desktop, into the model.
Federation & Coordination
Run clash detection, design validation, and system-performance checks directly against the federated model. Catch issues before they reach the field, where rework is most expensive.
Cloud-Native Architecture
Built to scale from a single project to enterprise deployment. A lightweight browser experience handles everyday coordination; full 3D sessions spin up on demand, so the platform stays fast without requiring engineering-grade hardware.
Where We're Headed
Anchor3D Digital's platform is in active development, built on validation from live production use across our services engagements. We are scaling the platform from internal and design-partner deployment toward broader availability for VDC teams and owner-operators, with data center construction as our initial focus.
We're growing the team to get there. If you're a prospective customer, design partner, or want to follow our progress, get in touch.
